Terms & Conditions ASSEMBLED

ASSEMBLED is an online order service we provide to prospective customers. With it you can tailor your wedding flower order to your own specification within the curated selection we’ve offered. It is a fast and carefree way of getting your flowers sorted that you could do within a few minutes from the comfort of your own home. No consultations or lengthy email traffic is needed. Simply check the calendar for availability. Select your preferred style and colour palette and specify how many of each element you need. Once you click submit, we will promptly send you a confirmation on date and total order amount (within 24 hrs) and a payment link. Orders can be made up to 14 days before your wedding date/collection date.

THE SMALL PRINT

PAYMENTS

A deposit of €100 is required to secure the booking and must be paid within 3 days of receiving the quotation, otherwise the date will not be booked. Once paid a legally binding contract is formed. This deposit will be subtracted from your final wedding bill. If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding, this deposit is non-refundable (see under heading ‘Cancellation’).

Final payment is due at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Payments received after this date are subject to a €125 administration charge. Payments can be made by Revolut via a payment link provided (takes card payments too) to you from Yesca’s Flowers. Yesca’s Flowers reserves the right to cancel any wedding flower booking if payment is not made in full by this time. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

For last minute orders: If the order is placed between 27 days to 14 days of the wedding full payment is due within 48 hours of booking without exceptions.

Any changes made to a wedding order must be submitted in writing by the bride, groom or appointed acting party this is limited to a maximum alteration of 10% of the original booking total, unless otherwise discussed. Alterations can be made to your order up to 14 days before the wedding date. Changes can only be substituted with items of equal value unless a prior agreement was in place. We will however try to make small changes where possible to accommodate your needs.

Our flowers come directly from our farm or are sourced locally or shipped from The Netherlands. With Assembled we aim to give you seasonal blooms of the highest quality. Our Natural style consists out of a loose configuration of foliage and flowers in a 50-50 ratio. The Deluxe style has a ratio of at least 75:25 flowers vs greenery. Flower choice for the ASSEMBLED service is solely at the discretion of Yesca’s Flowers.    

OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS AND VESSELS

All flower arrangements are owned by the customer. Arrangements can be collected from 9:30 (unless otherwise agreed) on the agreed date. Flowers and arrangements are packaged in a way that facilitates transport. From the time of collection Yesca’s Flowers is not responsible for any broken, damaged, or mediocre quality of the flowers and vessels. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly store and move all materials and arrangements in a proper manner.  

All flower vases and vessels are the customer’s property from the moment of collection. Returns are accepted for seven days after collection and will get a 10% refund on the initial purchase price of said vessels.

DELIVERY

Delivery to your event cannot always be guaranteed. We can deliver during off peak times and pending availability. Our delivery option is for Local deliveries (up to 80km from our studio) only and requires a minimum spend of €1000. Delivery charges are based on a per km mileage allocation of €0.375 per km for a roundtrip. Our delivery option is a curb-side delivery only and does not allocate for setting up or transferring flowers.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing by the bride or groom. Once received an invoice for any fees due will be issued, this must be paid within 14 days of receipt in order to cancel your contract. Until payment is received the contract remains in place.

 

Any cancellations made up to 90 days from the wedding date: Deposit forfeited.

 

Any cancellations made up from 89 days from the wedding date till 15 days from the wedding date. Deposit forfeited and 50% of the balance payable with no refunds issued.

 

Any cancellations made up from 15 days from the wedding date, Deposit forfeited and full balance payable with no refunds issued.

 

If you wish to reschedule your date, we pay you back 50% of your deposit. A new deposit is required upon booking the new date.
